Astronomical calculation, symbolic interpretation
Apparent equatorial coordinates come from Swiss Ephemeris and include each body’s ecliptic latitude. Meridians use apparent sidereal time; AC and DC follow the geometric horizon on a spherical Earth. This is not a local visibility calculation: refraction, terrain and topocentric parallax are excluded. Polar display is limited by the map projection. Astrological interpretations are not scientifically established.

Is the calculator completely free?
Yes. All ten planets, four angles, filters and interpretations are available without an account or payment.
Can I calculate without knowing my birth time?
No. Time determines Earth’s rotation and therefore the lines. Four minutes of uncertainty moves meridians by roughly one degree; find a reliable time before calculating.
How are the place and time zone checked?
A geocoding service proposes a place, then you confirm the city, coordinates and IANA time zone. Historical time zone rules apply. Nonexistent times are rejected; repeated times require you to choose an occurrence.
What do AC, DC, MC and IC mean?
AC is the rising and DC the setting of the planet’s geometric center. MC and IC are upper and lower meridian crossings. At high latitudes, some planets do not rise or set.
Does the map tell me where to move?
It offers symbolic prompts for reflection. No line guarantees love, health or success; life choices depend on your real circumstances.
What happens to my information?
Your date and time are used for server calculations; this calculator creates no account or stored birth profile. City lookup uses a geocoding service and the basemap may load external tiles.
